The Travel Restrictions Guarantee is automatically included in the website price and can be removed before you book, however we strongly advise you keep it to give you added flexibility and protection.
You will still need to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy as soon as your booking is confirmed. This insurance should, as a minimum, protect you against cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, loss/theft of possessions and documents, personal liability and airline failure.
Terms and Conditions
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' applies to bookings for arrival between 1st May 2021 and 31st December 2021 only.
- If there are restrictions advising against travel to your chosen destination country, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a holiday voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.
- You should ensure you have adequate comprehensive travel insurance to protect you in cases of cancellation for any other reason including, but no limited to, being unable to travel due to airline failure or cancellation, being quarantined for or diagnosed with Covid-19 or unable to travel due to work commitments or restrictions upon return.

Aphrodite Hills Elite Superior GV04 Overview
This spectacular four-bedroom Villa is the latest addition to the ‘Elite Collection’ of properties located on the popular Aphrodite Hills Resort. Located at the edge of the new, prestigious development, Aeneas Grand Villas, the property has been designed to take full advantage of the panoramic view of the sparkling Mediterranean Sea.
The beautifully furnished living area boasts a plush corner sofa matched with two cushioned armchairs, a flat-screen TV on a low cabinet and minimal décor whilst the adjacent dining area features a hardwood dining table with 8 modern chairs flanked by a set of French doors which provide magnificent views of the sea and skyline off the coast. The kitchen features dark marble worktops and splash backs throughout with all modern conveniences provided.
The ground floor features a guest WC, and, also, the first of the 4 bedrooms, which offers a double bed, shuttered French doors providing direct access to the pool terrace and a spacious en-suite shower room.
The marble staircase leads up to the first floor, with three more bedrooms and even more wide-sweeping sea views. The master bedroom is spacious, with beautiful modern furnishings giving a true sense of comfort. Featuring a king-size bed and shuttered French doors opening out to the balcony from where one can take in the panoramic views, and a luxury en-suite bathroom which is fully tiled in granite offers twin washbasins, WC, bath and separate shower.
The hallway leads on to the two remaining bedrooms, one large double and one twin bedded, with their own modern WC & shower rooms, one facing seawards and the other with views of the surrounding hillside.
The staircase extends down to a lower ground floor level, which offers the utility room as well as a communal area for relaxation, games or a space for the kids, along with an extra en-suite WC / shower room.
Outside, the large terrace is perfectly positioned to make the most of the amazing, panoramic sea views. An outdoor barbeque area with sink is ideal for preparing al-fresco meals, which can be enjoyed at the outdoor dining area; a shaded spot furnished with a large dining table and 6 chairs. The finishing touch to this elegant property is a large 10m infinity swimming pool.
