You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Elegantly placed between the centre of Coral Bay and Coral Bay beach lies Villa Ultima.
This blissful villa hosts three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a charming lounge and dining room space. The contemporary touches make the rooms inviting and homely. Air conditioning is available throughout the property for your comfort on those hot Cypriot days. However, there is always the chance to cool down in your outdoor pool, equipped with sun loungers and a covered terrace. Whilst outdoors, make use of the outdoor BBQ and whip up the rest of your party something delicious and eat alfresco.
Make your way down to Coral Bay’s Blue Flag beach, a great spot for swimming and relaxing. Shops, restaurants and bars are also located nearby and the historic town of Paphos is a short drive away.

Fabulous villa. Perfect for our family of 6 (2 adults. 4 kids aged 14, 12, 10. 8). Fabulous pool again perfect size. Close to amenities of beach, restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops (10 minute slow walk due to heat) Julie, manager, very helpful, dropped in a few times and responded to texts quickly. We used the local bus 615 into Paphos twice which takes approx 30mins. Bus stops along main strip. White towels in villa not a good idea with kids, would prefer coloured! 2 of our kids had bad ear infections, would be helpful for ALL Travel agents to suggest no swimming for 24hours after landing to prevent this happening.

I don’t think this villa justified its pricing towards the higher end of the scale. While the pool itself was spotless, its surroundings were badly in need of a good brush and hose down. An outside table and chairs for eating would have been useful, instead of simply a coffee table. We would have expected a quick floor wash and toilet clean half way through our 14 night stay. The smoke alarm was faulty, rep notified maintenance, and it hadn’t been replaced by the time we left. We also had water pressure problems in the second week which maintenance couldn’t seem to fix.
