You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Carob Tree Overview
Villa Carob Tree is a modern open plan villa, in a very relaxing setting, with sea and mountain views. It is located in a highly coveted area just a 3 minutes' walk to the beautiful Asprokremmos beach, and a few minutes’ drive from the the Baths of Aphrodite, Latchi amenities, shops and restaurants.
Inside, the villa has a large open plan living/dining area furnished in a modern style with all the home comforts. The fully fitted kitchen includes a hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.On the ground floor there is a private double bedroom which opens to the pool area and an adjoining bathroom with sink, walk-in shower and a washing/drying machine.
Upstairs the master bedroom opens up to a large private balcony with stunning sea and mountain views, overlooking the pool and decked area. There is also a large adjoining bathroom, with sink and bath/shower. The third bedroom is a twin room with views looking across the mountains.
The villa features a 9m x 4m private swimming pool, BBQ facilities and is set on matured landscaped gardens. The pool area offers a large decked area for sun bathing, and a covered outdoor terrace for both sitting and dining.
The villa is located at the edge of the Akamas National Park, an area of great unspoiled beauty unaffected by development, offering excellent opportunities for snorkeling and swimming in crystal clear waters.
