You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.
- Our terms and conditions and suppliers' terms and conditions will apply for ancillary products such as car hire and transfers.

Villa Olive 21 is a sleek, contemporary villa positioned centrally in the Protaras area, cnot far from Yianna Marie Beach and Fig Tree Bay. This detached property is fitted with floor-to-ceiling windows on each level, offering poolside views and letting in floods of natural light.
Designed to a high standard this villa is fitted with slick and comfortable furnishings to ensure its guests feel the opulence oozing throughout. From the terrace area, the huge patio doors offer easy entry to the spacious open plan living quarters comprised of the seating area, satellite internet TV, modern fitted kitchen and appliances complete with a breakfast bar and stylish dinner table to enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal. Upstairs the three bedrooms all lead onto the balcony offering delightful views, are tiled with cool marble and have fitted wardrobes to provide ample storage space. The main double bedroom offers an ensuite shower room to make it that extra bit special.
Outdoors you're met by the spacious and thoughtfully designed terrace and garden area, complete with private pool, comfortable garden furniture and alfresco dining - great for use with the barbeque to enjoy a meal under the covered terrace.
