You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Larnaca Blue 7 is a great getaway for those searching for panoramic sea views with the added bonus of your very own sauna. Located a 20-minute drive from Larnaca centre, this white-washed property with three bedrooms is great for smaller groups. Whilst for larger groups, the nearby sister villas Larnaca Blue 1, 4 and 20 can be booked for larger groups traveling together.
Larnaca Blue 7 boasts a must-see infinity pool with panoramic sea views. Watch the boats bob along the horizon as you enjoy swimming a few lengths under the midday sun, or enjoy the view from your sun lounger as you sip a homemade cocktail or two. For alfresco dining, you'll find modern outdoor furniture and a covered terrace for family lunches and evening meals under the stars. If you prefer eating out, then the nearby town of Perivolia is a short car ride away where you'll find an array of local tavernas serving up delicious local cuisines.
Larnaca Blue 7 is split into three levels. A private sauna, shower room, and utility are found on the lower ground floor, whilst the living area and open-plan kitchen complete the ground floor. Upstairs you'll find all three bedrooms, one master double and a further two bedrooms, one double and one twin sharing a separate shower room with a walk-in shower. Built to a high standard, this villa features multiple smart TVs and air conditioning throughout. To top off this magnificent villa, you also get complimentary pool towels for the duration of your stay.
