You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Beautiful Villa Larnaca Blue 20 is the ideal base for your Cypriot holiday. Located a 20-minute drive from Larnaca centre, this beautiful villa, a stone's throw from the coast is great for smaller groups and couples. Whilst Villas Larnaca 1, 4 and 7 are closeby for those traveling in larger groups. An elegant pool lined with sun loungers to sure to capture your attention. The pool terrace is surrounded by small shrubs and baby palm trees, giving you that Mediterranean vibe. Enjoy a spot of alfresco dining amongst friends and family as you grill up some Greek halloumi or souvlaki skewers on the BBQ. Best served with a glass of cool local wine or fresh fruit juice from the local supermarket.
Inside, the quaint villa has an open-plan living room and kitchen on the ground floor, whilst a wet room and utility reside on the lower ground floor. To access the villa there is a path which is 123cm along with 3 steps. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst other access doors have a width of 88cm. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 77cm wide. The villa grounds are a mixture of tiles, grass and gravel. When going to the pool area via the driveway, there is a single step up. The pool itself has step access. The pool terrace is tiled which is flat and spacious. All bedrooms are on the first floor, there are 18 steps to get to this level. The widest bedroom door is 75cm wide and the widest bathroom door is 69cm wide, this is the twin bedroom with ensuite.
