You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Nice villa though a little tired looking. Very close to bars and restaurants and 7 minute walk to beach. Any problems we had Solmar rep very quick to deal with them and before we arrived Solmar we’re very helpful with any questions we had.

The Villa was in a great location just off the main strip so made it convenient for bars, restaurants and the shops. It was near the Coral Bay beach just a 5/10 minute walk so overall great location. The resort is mainly one road with various bars/restaurants and the usual gift type shops. Had lovely meals and the locals were v friendly.

There is a problem with bedding. Mattresses are completely worn. Each spring can be felt. In the ground bedroom there is a strong cat's urine smell coming from mattress. The two rooms overlooking backyard are exposed to music from main street night long. I must admit I've rarely sept that bad on holidays. Seen two cockroaches. Didn't bother as the cleaning was correctly made. The bed covers are filthy. You have to put quilts!

Great villa in a perfect location, 10 minutes walk to beach, Pool was perfect with plenty of sun loungers and outside furniture. A short stroll to the local supermarket and they even offer free delivery for you and your shopping. Five minutes walk to the strip with a good choice of bars and restaurants

Great location, Villa has everything that you need, even washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets! It's a 2 minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants. I would not hesitate to book this again we loved it. We were there with family who stayed 3 doors away in Villa Jasmine and the same applies to that villa as well. Book this and you will not be disappointed.
