You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Demetra Overview
Villa Demetra is a lovely three bedroom villa with private swimming pool located in the heart of Coral Bay and in a private cul-de-sac located within a short walk of banks, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes as well as the sandy beach at Coral Bay. Car hire is not required for this villa as all amenities at the centre of Coral Bay are within a very short walk.
On the ground floor the villa has a new fully fitted kitchen equipped with the modern comforts, a dining area and a leather sofa lounge. There is a 29″ TV with SKY TV, DVD player and a music system. There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor.
Head upstairs to the first floor and there are three bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes. There is also a family bathroom on this floor. Two of the three bedrooms have access to a balcony overlooking the private pool area.
Outside there is an impressively large pool with roman steps and ample terraces for sun loungers and a gazebo.
