You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Sam is an oasis of calm situated close to amenities, meaning no car required! Located in the centre of Agia Napa, this 4 bedroom villa offers plenty of space inside and out. Equipped with a private swimming pool, the outside area is perfect for relaxing and admiring the partial sea view's from the sun terrace.
Inside the ground floor offers a spacious dining living area, and a well equipped kitchen. Each room is fully air-conditioned. On this floor there is also a guest WC.
On the first floor there are 4 air conditioned bedrooms that share a verandah and a shared family bathroom with whirlpool bath. The master ensuite bedroom offers a double bed and its own shower room.
If you can tear yourself away, the popular resort of Ayia Napa is at your fingertips. The restaurants and bars ringing Nissi Avenue are just a few minutes’ walk away. To get your beach fix, head to the fine white sands and gently shelving waters of Vathia Gonia Beach, which is just down the road.
