We fully appreciate that in the current environment, you may have concerns about if you will be able to or even want to take your current holiday.
If you choose not to pay your balance on time, standard terms and conditions apply and your booking will be cancelled with loss of monies paid as detailed in our terms and conditions, Section 6. You may be able to reclaim any loss from travel insurance but you should confirm they will cover this before making this decision.
Clients travelling after the 31st October 2020 who booked before the 14th March 2020, are also able to request a move if any person listed on the booking falls into the following categories:
- High Risk Group/Shielding
- NHS Frontline Workers/Doctors/Nurses who's holidays have been revoked
- Other medical condition advising against travel due to Covid19 - (Supporting doctors note required)
Whilst every attempt to move bookings from the 1st November 2020 on wards for these groups will be made, they remain at the discretion of the villa supplier.
