Puerto Banus is famous for its picturesque marina, with views to Gibraltar and Africa. It is filled with mutli-million pound yachts. Also there is the fine Golden beach, which stretches for over a kilometer. These are the main attractions of what used to be a small, traditional Spanish fishing village.

Golf

Things to Do in Puerto Banus

While you are staying in our Puerto Banus villas you will have a huge choice of activities to enjoy. Puerto Banus, located at the water's edge, is the perfect place for an aquarium. It is in the Control Tower of the port. The little ones will have a ball with the "underwater baptism," diving into a 3m-deep tank - always under supervision of an instructor - and surrounded by fantastic species: ray-fish, lobsters, eels, and small sharks. They can pet and feed the well-behaved rays, also known as "sea puppies."

From the beach there are many water sports available, such as jet skiing, surfing, parasailing and water skiing::

These are just a few of the clubs open to the public for water sports. Funny beach is also a popular place to go for water sports and many other activities.

Heading in the direction of Marbella, on the coastal road, and well within reach of our Puerto Banus villas is where Funny Beach is located, which is only a 10 minute drive from Calahonda. This area has a go-Karting track and will let children over seven years drive round the track on the smaller children’s go-karts. In Estepona you can find Selwo Adventure Wildlife Park, which is over 100 hectares of land and is the largest wildlife park in Europe. There are over 2,000 species of animals representing all corners of the world. They can be viewed both on foot and also from 4x4 vehicles which take visitors around the park.
Selwo Marina in Benalmedena is the same as the adventure wildlife park, except it houses water species and has the only penguin aquarium in Spain.
