A lovely detached villa situated close to the sandy cove of Cala En Forcat and in easy walking distance of all the resort facilities
On the ground floor, the living area is furnished with comfortable seating and quality pine furniture including table and chairs for family dining. There is also a ceiling fan for comfort and french doors that lead out on to the pool terrace. The kitchen is a good size and it is well equipped including fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Also on this level is a twin bedroom and the Master Double bedroom having a full en-suite bathroom, benefiting from a spa/massage facility, and an additional full family bathroom. On the first floor is a triple bedroom with feature beamed ceiling plus a newly fitted shower room. The villa is furnished in a traditional Menorcian style and benefits from air conditioning throughout. The large covered terrace area has table and chairs for alfresco dining, mature hedges offer a good level of privacy at ground level. The 8m x 4m kidney shaped pool has roman steps for easier access and also benefits from a separate childrens section which has a barrier for safety. There is off road parking available at the property.
Our holiday experience was very good. Villa and pool were clean and spacious and although in a residential area it was private and within walking distance of the resort where there are shops, restaurants etc. Mr Jenner 02-07-10

We had a brilliant 2 week holiday in the Villa, it is a brilliant location; far enough away from the main resort area for peace and quiet, but well within walking distance. We will certainly be coming back as soon as we can. You have already been recommended. Mr Morley 20/08/2010
We have just arrived home from a lovely weeks stay at the Villa Sofia in Cal en'Forcat, Menorca. We found the villa exactly as described on the website - close to the cove and easy walking distance to the resort which was perfect for young children as most restaurants had play areas attached. The villa is set in a quiet cul-de-sac which was ideal as we had three young children who like to sleep early evening. It has three bathrooms which are very useful as a party of seven. It was reassuring to have contact details for a representative of Solmar to hand and was extremely useful when we realised on our return journey we had left some house keys behind. We contacted Bev immediately and she assured me that she would locate the keys and get them to the airport before we left. This was a huge relief at a stressful time. The villa was fantastic. we were extremely pleased with the facilities, location and cleanliness of the villa. The transfers were fantastic and the car seat was provided as requested. We received all the essentials apart from the bottle of water but were very grateful for the items. We did get left a bottle of wine instead so can't complain! I would thoroughly recommend the villa and resort to families as there are all the creature comforts you would need right on your doorstep. Mrs Williams 17/6/11

My 5 year old daughter loved the pool. And we had a couple of bbq's too which was great. We had an amazing time and we definitely will be coming back.
