Accommodation
The accommodation, which is all on one level consists of a living room with comfy sofas and dining area. Entertainment is provided by a Digital Satellite TV, DVD Player and stereo system. An archway leads to the fitted kitchen which is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob. A corridor from the living room gives access to the master double bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom and double patio doors to the covered terrace, facing the sea. There are also two twin bedrooms sharing a separate family shower room. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. The furniture and equipment throughout the villa is of a high standard.
Outdoors
Outside, to the rear of the villa, accessed from the living room, there is a spacious open sun terrace and gardens with lawns surrounding the 7m x 4m swimming pool, which benefits from roman steps for easy access. The brick built barbeque is conveniently located next to the covered terrace to form an ideal 'Alfresco' dining area. Privacy is provided by a high wall. The property has pleasant, mature gardens with Palm trees to offer shade. Sun beds, patio furniture and parasols are provided. The villa is within fully enclosed grounds and is accessed through electronically operated gates with off road parking for two cars.
