Accommodation
The accommodation, which is on two levels, comprises on the ground floor of a large front door leading to a spacious living room. The lounge area is furnished with comfortable sofas and has an enclosed, feature fireplace. Entertainment is provided here by way of a flat panel Satellite TV, DVD player and a music system. The open plan dining area has access to the gardens and pool area through double patio doors. The separate fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a dish washer, fridge freezer, built-in oven, ceramic hob, extractor unit, fridge freezer and microwave oven. There is a separate utility room which houses the washing machine.
In addition, on the ground floor there is a master double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and feature sunken bath. In addition to this there is a twin bedroom and separate shower room.
A wide spiral staircase leads up to the first floor where there are two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. All the bedrooms throughout have built in wardrobes, bedside tables with reading lights. The villa benefits from air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living rooms (available at an extra cost).
Outdoors
Patio doors from the living room lead out to a large shaded terrace with built in BBQ area to enjoy ‘Al fresco’ dining at its best. From here a pathway leads to well kept, mature gardens with lawns and the sun terrace that surround the large 9m x 5m swimming pool which benefits from roman steps for easier access. There is a private drive within the villa’s extensive grounds to reach the entrance and parking areas. Well kept lawns and mature gardens with shrubs make up the majority of the gardens. High hedging provides a good level of privacy without spoiling the lovely mountain views.
