The villa has good basic accommodation and is ideal for two families travelling together but still requiring a degree of independence.
Outside, there are extensive mature ornamental gardens with borders and hedging to give good privacy. The sun terraces surrounding the 8m x 5m swimming pool have shade from an awning. To the side of the house there is a laundry area housing the washing machine. A brick-built Barbeque and patio furniture are provided to enjoy ‘Alfresco’ dining. In addition sun beds and parasols are available by the pool. This is an ideal basic villa for a family holiday where close proximity to resort amenities is important.
