Double patio doors from the lounge and bedrooms lead onto a spacious covered terrace where there is a ping-pong table, a brick-built BBQ and patio furniture are provided to enjoy ‘Al Fresco’ dining at its best.
Steps from the covered terrace lead to a spacious sun terrace that surrounds the 12m x 4m (approx) kidney shaped swimming pool. The extensive grounds with mature gardens comprising of trees, shrubs and lawns are surrounded by hedging for good privacy.
Steps lead up from the patio to a rooftop solarium with wonderful panoramic views of the coastline.
