Open Air Markets – Held in the Plaza de Mercat each day. Friday/Saturday markets are held in Plaza de Es Born. There is also a market in Ciutadella. They have stalls offering fruit and vegetables, leather goods, local produce and souvenirs. The shops in the small surrounding resorts are mostly supermarket/SPAR-type shops and the typical souvenir shops. You’ll have to venture further afield from your private villa in Cala Blanca to get to the designer shops and vintage boutiques in Ciutadella.
