Corralejo
The small resort of Corralejo has grown up around the fishing harbour and ferry port. It is now one of the islands most popular and liveliest resorts having a good selection of bars, restaurants, shops and a number of nightspots in the centre of town. A twice-weekly market gives visitors an opportunity to buy a variety of goods and souvenirs made locally on the island. Our villas in Corralejo are perfectly placed to enable you to enjoy the very best of what this delightful resort has to offer.
At night the ‘Plaza’ or square, in the centre of town is alive with musicians performing around the pavement cafés and restaurants.
There
is a great deal to do in the resort during the day with windsurfing, surfing and
diving centres as well as a number of small sandy and rocky beaches to visit.
Just outside the resort can be found mountains of untouched desert sand dunes
that stretch of over 10km and the fames ‘Dunes’ beaches.
From within the resort, numerous boat rips run out to the Isla de Lobos and ferries leave for Playa Blanca, Lanzarote throughout the day.
The capital city, Puerto del Rosario, is approximately 35km drive away.
